What services are available to me when I use the on-line account service?

There are loads of things you can do like see your current balance, keep track of recent transactions and view your last 6 statements. You can also keep your personal details up to date.

Will I receive paper statements?

Yes, but you can also view your last 6 statements on-line. Paper statements are automatically sent to you free of charge.

I chose not to receive paper statements and to only view my statements online – will this continue? 

No. You will receive paper statements for your Opus account, although you will be able to manage your account online and also view some statement history.

If I make a customer service request when will it be actioned? How will I know you have received it?

Most requests you can complete yourself on-line. Anything else can be requested by calling customer services on 020 7871 0464*.

When can I access my Opus credit card account on-line? 

Opus is up and running and open for business 24 hours a day. Every so often we'll have to update our systems, but that will only take a short time. And if you do want to get in touch when all that's happening, there's always Opus customer services on 020 7871 0464*.

Can I access my on-line account from behind a firewall?

If you decide to access your account from your place of work, you are likely to be doing so from within their security system. If you experience any problems you will need to contact your Network Administrator, or the person responsible for the security systems for assistance.
